BUILDING STRONGER COMMUNITIES THROUGH YOUTH-CENTERED HIV PREVENTION.
World Vision Eswatini, through , a The Global Fund supported initiative coordinated by CANGO News through the Eswatini Country Coordinating Mechanism-CCM successfully conducted a strategic Health Activation at Zombodze Emuva Inkhundla aimed at strengthening community-health facility relationships while advancing HIV prevention among Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) and Adolescent Boys and Young Men (ABYM).
This integrated intervention forms part of broader national efforts to reduce new HIV infections through biomedical, behavioral, and structural prevention approaches targeting vulnerable populations across Eswatini.

β HIV Prevention Education
β PrEP Awareness & Uptake

The intervention created an accessible platform where young people could:

π Build trust in local health systems
This community-driven approach continues to demonstrate the importance of:
β
Multi-sectoral collaboration
β
Youth-centered programming
β
Accessible healthcare systems
β
Community-led HIV prevention
β
Sustainable public health interventions.
As Eswatini advances toward epidemic control, strategic initiatives such as these remain critical in strengthening prevention outcomes, improving service uptake, and creating informed, resilient communities.
Together, we are not merely conducting activations. We are transforming communities, restoring hope, strengthening systems, and protecting the future of Eswatini. πΈπΏ

π Maguga | Day 3: Precision. Intelligence. Governance Mastery.
π¨ This is where governance becomes a science.

πΌ The room then transitioned into a high-intensity governance lab:
π Skills Matrix Development | A critical governance tool, used globally to assess board capacity, identify competency gaps, and align leadership with organisational strategy.
π₯ What followed was exceptional: Directors presented their matrices, met with robust, analytical, and strategic engagement from peers.
This was not participation. This was governance at elite level discourse.
π Outcome: Leaders equipped to build competent, balanced, and high-performing boards.
π This is how institutions future-proof leadership.
