1Ngenyanga yekucala sonkhe sive sema-Israyeli sefika eHlane laseSini, sefike semisa eKhadeshi. Miriyamu wafela khona lapho, wangcwatjwa.

2Kwakute emanti kuleyo ndzawo, ngako bantfu babutsana ndzawonye basola boMosi na-Aroni. 3Balwa naMosi batsi: “Kube mane savele safa kanye nebanaketfu ngesikhatsi bafela embikwaSimakadze 4Nisiletseleni lesive saSimakadze kulelihlane lelinje? Nentele kutsi tsine kanye naletifuyo tetfu sitewufela lapha! 5Nasikhiphelani lena eveni laseGibhithe nasiletsa lapha kulelive lelibi kangaka? Lelive alinakudla, namakhiwa, namagelebisi; lite nemahananandza. Kute ngisho nemanti nje ekunatsa!” 6BoMosi na-Aroni besuka emkhatsini walesive bacondza ekungeneni kwelithende lekuhlangana. Bafike bawa phansi ngebuso, bakhotsama. Inkhatimulo yebukhona baSimakadze yabonakala kubo.

7Simakadze wakhuluma kuMosi, watsi: Tsatsa lendvuku, bese-ke wena na-Aroni, umnakenu, nibutsela sonkhe sive ndzawonye Khuluma kulelidvwala, embikwaso sibuka, litawube selikhipha emanti. Uyawukhipha emanti kulelidvwala, kuze sonkhe sive kanye netifuyo taso sinatse kulo.”

1. Moses did not lose focus due to the situations before him.
- Do not lose focus in when facing opposition.
- Do what God have instructed you to do.
- God does not tell us what we will face in the way but we keep on trusting the instruction from the Lord, for it is his Word that will sustain us in the wilderness.
- In the wilderness we wait for God.
- We trust in God through the wilderness.
- The devil always seeks for an opportunity to shift you from your focus.
- Our wilderness are not the same.
- Seasons of the wilderness are not the same.

2. Trust God.

- Believe in His word in the wilderness.
- Never leave your place.
- When you leave your place, you miss your appointment.
- When you leave your place, you miss your blessings.
- Never listen to the voices from other people but only God.
- Cast your nets in the same place where you toiled the whole night.
- It is at His voice that you will catch.

3. Do not take God’s glory.
