نصيحة لمقابلات العمل | Job Interview Tip

لما يسألوك سؤال بالمقابلة، حاول تركز على النقاط اللي الشركة حابة تسمعها، واربط جوابك مباشرة بمتطلبات الوظيفة.

When you’re asked a question in a job interview, focus on the points the company is looking for and connect your answer to the role.

مثال:

Why do you want to work with us?

ممكن تجاوب:

“Because the company is big and has a good reputation.”
"لأن الشركة كبيرة وسمعتها منيحة."

بس هاد جواب عام.. والأفضل تجاوب هيك:

“Your company is known for developing employees and encouraging teamwork, which is something I value.”

"لأن شركتكم معروفة بتطوير موظفيها وبالعمل بروح الفريق، وهذا الشي مهم بالنسبة إلي."

مثال ثاني:

What are your strengths?

جواب عام:
“I’m a hard-working person.”

✅ جواب أقوى:

“I’m organized and good at prioritizing tasks, which helps me complete my work efficiently.”

"أنا منظم بالعمل وبعرف أرتب أولوياتي، وهذا ساعدني أنجز مهامي بسرعة وبجودة عالية."

🍂 الفكرة ببساطة:

مو المهم بس تجاوب… المهم تجاوب بطريقة تبين إنك الشخص المناسب للوظيفة.
