3D Modeling & Simulation: Revit 2024, Navisworks

Project Management & Coordination: MS Project, Trello

🔹 Architectural & Structural Modeling: Led by Eng. Najm Salameh , ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the design.
🔹 MEP Modeling & Coordination: Managed by Eng. Hussam Abbas , who streamlined mechanical, and plumbing integrations for seamless project ex*****on.

فيديو بسيط بيوضح آلية عمل خانق(دامبر) الحريق Fire Damper:

📌أولا: المكونات الرئيسية لل Fire Damper
1- ال Frame.
2- الستارة Curtain .
3- ال Fusible link قطعة صغيرة من المعدن تثبت مع الستارة بنقطة لحالم وتبقيها open .

📌ثانيا: مكان خانق(دامبر) الحريق Fire Damper، يتم تركيبه داخل مجاري هواء التكييف و التهوية اللتي تخترق الحوائط المقاومة للحريق Fire rated walls .

📌ثالثا: وظيفة خانق(دامبر) الحريق Fire Damper هي منع الدخان و الحريق من الانتقال من مكان لمكان (حصر الدخان في مكانه و تحجيم انتشاره) .

📌رابعا : فكرة عمل خانق الحريق Fire Damper.
1- تبدأ درجة حرارة المكان بالارتفاع نتيجة الحريق.
2- تبدأ الحرارة في تسخين ال Fusible link حتى تنصهر نقطة اللحام عند درجة الحرارة التصميمة.
3- بعد انصهار نقطة اللحام تندفع الستارة Curtain لتغلق مجرى الهواء بالكامل و تمنع انتشار الدخان و الحريق في باقي المناطق.
