RAISE pilot - UNIDO project

في إطار المشروع الريادي لتنشيط قطاع الصناعات الغذائية الزراعية السوري (RAISE)، الذي تنفذه منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية (اليونيدو) بتمويل من الاتحاد الروسي وبالتنسيق مع وزارة الاقتصاد والصناعة، انطلقت هذا الأسبوع فعاليات ورشة العمل التخصصية بعنوان "دعم جاهزية التصدير وتعزيز الوصول إلى الأسواق" لتقديم حزمة متكاملة من الأدوات والخدمات الاستشارية المصممة خصيصاً لتعزيز الجاهزية التصديرية للشركات السورية المشاركة في المشروع.



وترتكز فعاليات الورشة على سلسلة من الجلسات التطبيقية الشاملة التي يشرف عليها خبراء دوليون من منظمة Globally Cool، مصممة لبناء مهارات المشاركين خطوة بخطوة. تبدأ الجلسات باستخدام الأدوات التحليلية المتقدمة مثل منصة Trade Map وAccess to Market وGlobal Trade Desk وCODEX وغيرها، لإجراء تحليل منهجي للأسواق المستهدفة، وتحديد اتجاهات الطلب، وتقييم حدة المنافسة، واختيار الأسواق ذات الأولوية بناءً على معطيات رقمية دقيقة.



ولضمان الجاهزية التامة للشركات المؤهلة للتفاعل مع العملاء الدوليين، تستمر التدخلات بعد الورشة لتشمل جلسات إرشاد فردية مع كل شركة من قبل الخبراء الدوليين بالإضافة إلى تدريبات عملية على صقل مهارات التفاوض وعروض القيمة، إلى جانب جلسات محاكاة واقعية للقاءات الأعمال. ويتم كل ذلك استعداداً لسلسلة من لقاءات التوفيق التجاري (B2B) الفعلية المخطط عقدها خلال الورشة مع مشترين دوليين والفترة اللاحقة، لربط الشركات السورية بشركاء حقيقيين في الأسواق العالمية.

Within the framework of the pilot project for Revitalizing the Syrian Agro-Food Sector (RAISE), implemented by UNIDO with funding from the Russian Federation and in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the specialized workshop titled "Supporting the Export Readiness and Enhancing Market Access" was launched this week. This initiative delivers a comprehensive package of tools and advisory services specifically designed to enhance the export readiness of the Syrian companies participating in the project.

The workshop's activities are centered around a series of comprehensive practical sessions supervised by international experts from Globally Cool, meticulously designed to build participants' skills step-by-step. The sessions commence with the use of advanced analytical tools such as the Trade Map, Access to Market, Global Trade Desk, CODEX platforms, and others. These tools enable a systematic analysis of target markets, identification of demand trends, assessment of competition intensity, and the selection of priority markets based on precise digital data.

To ensure the complete readiness of the qualified companies to interact with international clients, the support interventions continue after the workshop. This includes individual mentoring sessions for each company provided by the international experts, in addition to practical training for honing negotiation skills and value propositions, alongside realistic simulations of business meetings. All of this is in preparation for a series of actual Business-to-Business (B2B) matchmaking events planned to be held during the workshop and in the subsequent period, aiming to connect Syrian companies with genuine partners in global markets.

تسعى منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتنمية الصناعية (اليونيدو)، من خلال مشروع تنشيط قطاع الصناعات الغذائية الزراعية السوري (RAISE)، إلى الحصول على خدمات استشارية مهنية لدعم مؤسسات قطاع الأغذية الزراعية في سورية، مع التركيز على الأعمال الزراعية في القطاع الخاص.
كجزء من هذه المبادرة، تعمل اليونيدو على تطوير عدد محدد من المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة العاملة في قطاعات الفواكه والخضروات المصنعة، الألبان، وزيت الزيتون. الهدف هو تعزيز إمكانات التصدير لهذه الشركات وتحسين وصولها إلى الأسواق الدولية.
ستقوم الجهة الاستشارية بإعداد هذه الشركات للأسواق العالمية من خلال التركيز على (جاهزية التصدير، الخدمات اللوجستية للتصدير، جهود الوصول إلى الأسواق، استراتيجيات الوصول إلى الأسواق)

The United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), through its Revitalizing the Agro Industry of the Syrian Economy (RAISE) project, is seeking professional consultancy services to support Syria’s agro-food sector enterprises, with a focus on private sector agribusinesses.
As part of this initiative, UNIDO is upgrading a selected number of SMEs operating in the processed fruits and vegetables, dairy, and olive oil subsectors. The goal is to enhance their export potential and improve their access to international markets.
The selected consultancy will play a key role in preparing these companies for global markets by focusing on (export readiness, export logistics, market outreach efforts and market access strategies).
UNIDO will provide full facilitation, including field support and government coordination, to ensure the success of this initiative.
