Congratulations to the Governor of Unity State for deserving his appointment to the position of governorship. Justice Riek Bim is the man for peace and he intended to reveal peace which was hidden to the people of Unity State. That's why his talented management tolerate an obstacles facing him on his way to peace and normalised disarmament in Mayom County. He is considering the right of his citizens, which is the right of good security, participation, development, and humanitarian services in Unity State. The conference controversial propagandise by anti-peace misinformed some members of State. Security is the priority done by H.E. Justice Riek Bim and people reached far to North, south, and western State are ploughing their gardens for living without trepidation. My commendation today is because all misses are posted by anti-peaces, which are baseless in which no body have clue on the ground to be considered. Someone hurried to the media and perceived the inhabitants. Community of Unity State enjoys peace and is working harder for the living now.

Story of Bulls and lion resembles South Sudan political arisen.
During at that time, there were a White, Black and Red bulls staying together in their residential area. The lion wants to eat them but fearing for their unity. The lion use it's mind to kill them one by one. First, lion talked to Black and Red bulls that white bul let you seen by preys at night, can you hate him please. The White bul hated by them and the lion killed him. Secondly, lion also talked to Red bul that Black bul let you seen by preys at night, hate him. The Black bul hated by Red bul and lion killed Black bul. Thirdly, Red bul remained alone and a lion told him that Red bul, red color of yours confusing people and you're looking black at night which isn't perfect. Therefore, lion killed them because their unity weakened by a lion seperately. South Sudan politic bases on divide and rules regime. The citizens hate themselves based on their ethnicities. The Ruweng community were Unity State people before twenty thirteen civil war, love, drink and eat together on the same plate.
