Dear Comrades,

Subject: Invitation to the Annual General Meeting and the Night of Excellence

I am writing to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our organization, which will be held on December 31, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Saint Peter Clever Hall in Lunsar. The AGM is an important opportunity for us to review our achievements, challenges, and plans for the future. It is also a chance for us to elect new officers and committee members for the next year.

The agenda of the AGM will include:

- Opening remarks and welcome
- Approval of minutes of the previous AGM
- Presentation of annual report and financial statements
- Election of officers and committee members
- Any other business
- Closing remarks and adjournment

After the AGM, we will have a Night of Excellence at the Saltion Pool, starting from 8:00 p.m. This is a social event to celebrate our successes, recognize our outstanding members, and have fun together. There will be music, dancing, food, drinks, and awards. Each member is expected to contribute 100 leones per event to cover the costs.
