How we manage the organization
The overall management of this organization is divided into three layers: the decision-making body which include the Board of Trustees that comprises seven people (four females and three males). This body meets once every six months though extra-ordinary meetings may be called when the need arises. The second layer is the administrative and programme implementation headed by the Director of Operations through the Programme Manager and supported by an Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Procurement Officer, Conservation Officer, Agricultural/Livelihood Officer, Research/Monitoring Officer, Advocacy /communications Officer and other positions as may be required by projects. The last one focuses on partnership and collaboration with different service delivery partners, government agencies and other development partners.
