May 15th, 2026 — ​A Dark Day for the People of Kenema, The Community of Kpayama and The Royals Praedium 💔

​On May 15th, 2026, the river took what words can never replace. We are completely heartbroken by the tragic drowning that claimed six lives, among whom was our very own brother, Foday Wai, alias 'Duke Waison'

​Waison was a proud 2024 Social Work graduate—a man whose entire future was supposed to be about healing, helping, and uplifting others. To lose him so soon, and in such a devastating tragedy alongside five others, is a pain that runs deeper than words can express.

​The Royals Praedium has lost a brother, and a beautiful soul. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and the families of the other five souls lost on that fateful day.

​Rest in perfect peace, Duke Waison. Your impact will never be forgotten, till we meet again on the Royal shore🕊️✨
