For the past three years, GADNet has been a strategic partner of the Girls Advocacy Development Network (GADNet), walking alongside in advancing the rights, protection, and empowerment of girls and young women in Sierra Leone.

Today, we held an insightful discussion with the UNFPA Country Representative and programme team to further strengthen this collaboration. The conversation focused on deepening our joint efforts to improve the protection of the rights of young women and girls, and to expand safe, inclusive spaces where they can thrive.

We are deeply grateful for UNFPA’s continued support over the years, including the establishment of our Safe Haven in 2024 a critical space that provides protection, support, and healing for girls and young women who need it most.

As we move forward, we remain committed to strengthening this partnership and expanding our shared impact so that every girl can live free from violence, fear, and discrimination, and fully realize her potential.
