🇺🇸 Florida Woman Gets Life Sentence for Murder of Ex’s Girlfriend

A Florida woman, Sakiyna Thompson, 31, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the brutal murder of her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend, Kayla Hodgson, 23.

According to prosecutors, Thompson flew to Florida to confront Hodgson and later fatally attacked her in a fit of jealousy. After a lengthy trial, she was found guilty of first-degree murder.
Authorities confirmed that Thompson’s ex-boyfriend was not involved in the crime and is now engaged to another woman.
