LUMLEY BEACH CLEANUP DAILY UPDATE 3 APRIL 2026

This morning, workers converged to fully prepare with safety gear for their assigned duty of removing logs from Queens Road Bio Barah Pennusila. The technical team will use these logs to produce benches for the beach. Eighteen logs were loaded onto a truck and transported by our team to Sunny Side Lumley Beach, which is our current base.

We are calling on the Sierra Leone Road Authority (SLRA) to address a broken sidewalk at Lumley Beach Road near the Golf Club fence. Another crack has also formed near the broken sidewalk.

We continue to make an environmental impact by collecting empty bottles for recycling.
