October 10th is been declared as mental health day, mental health issues needs to be discussed and addressed with emergency, how is your mental health state, how are you reacting to matters of the heart like disappointment, depression, failure, difficulty, hardship, breakages in marriage, childlessness, and joblessness. These are all issues that can stretch out the mind, the numbers are increasing rapidly. Watch your thoughts, your feelings and your actions. Don't be a victim always love yourself

Many people believe that gender issues only concerns women and girls but frankly speaking when we are talking about gender it means both male and female. On the other hand masculinity has given the men so much power over women and so when it comes to issues about gender they don't get involved because they enjoyed the position of masculinity. I think it will really make sense if we have a society where everybody can be a femilist by so doing the issues of subordination, discrimination and equality against women and girls will be thing of the past. However been a feminist will create an equal opportunity for both male and female to play fairly. I'm a feminist and am looking forward to have you join us.
