Funeral of Betty Lamboi (Jelly Bee).

The funeral of the female rap king signed under A-Bangz Originals, Betty Lamboi (Jelly Bee), will take place in Taima Town, Bo District, today, Monday, 24 February 2025, at 2:00 PM.

In remembrance of the life of Betty Lamboi (Jelly Bee), the country’s music industry, including A-Bangz, Sugar Flow Factory, Cribs International, Paradise Records, the Bo Artists' Union, Bo Rangers, and several mourners across Sierra Leone, gathered last night, 23 February 2025, for a candlelight vigil and tribute at Paradise in Freetown and Bo City Plaza at 7:00 PM.

Jelly Bee’s coffin will arrive at her hometown, Taima Town, this afternoon, before she is laid to rest at 2:00 PM.

Mourners and sympathizers from across the country have offered prayers and paid tribute to Jelly Bee as she makes her final journey to her hometown, Taima Town, on Monday, 24 February 2025.
