Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bo, responsible for driving sales of auto spare parts and lubricant oils. Day-to-day tasks include engaging walk-in and business customers, explaining product features and benefits, recommending suitable parts and oils, and closing sales on a commission basis.

The associate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, assist with merchandise display, and help ensure stock is accurately recorded and available. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally, processing orders and payments, and supporting follow-up service to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed sales targets on a commission-based structure.
Customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear explanations, and professional interaction with diverse customers.

Basic product knowledge and technical understanding of auto spare parts and lubricant oils, or willingness to learn quickly.

Organization and reliability in handling cash, invoices, stock records, and daily sales reports.

Ability to work on-site full-time in Bo, standing for extended periods and assisting customers throughout the day.
Prior experience in retail, wholesale, or automotive sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum secondary school education; additional training in sales or automotive fields is beneficial.
