EAGLE #3 HAS LANDED – Lee
As a Year 1 student pursuing the Bachelor of Business Administration at NUS, Eunice served as the Strategic Alliance Intern for HelloSME’s Medical PPE team.
Her responsibility was to forge strategic alliances with various service providers. Her focus was to create a win-win-win situation for HelloSME, SME members and strategic partners.
Eunice onboarded airSlate, an American company that provides digital workflow solutions – negotiated an Exclusive Offering for airSlate & HelloSME. The partnership led to co-branding on HelloMedicalPPE website and email campaigns.
Eunice created upsell and cross sell marketing opportunities for Strategic Partners services through digital marketing campaigns. She played an integral role in onboarding and sustaining these Strategic Partner relations.
We wish her the best of luck in her future endeavours!

In 10-weeks, Ethan spearheaded the development of the new Medical PPE vertical and led the team to a successful Soft-Launch in July. Ethan ensured that the project was on track, on all deadlines/standards.

Adapting PPE on Blockchain
With the ongoing global pandemic, those who survived have one thing in common - adaptability with a "Can-Do" spirit!
HelloMedicalPPE, powered by HelloSME, addresses the shortage of quality PPE faced by many organisations on a global basis. Through extensive buyer/seller research, the procurement pains of buying PPEs are:
(1) Fake/Substandard PPEs
(2) Shady suppliers
(3) Non-standard payment terms and poor delivery promptness.
To resolve these pain points, a three-pronged approach was taken:
1. US FDA, European CE and Country Certifications are logged on Blockchain with suppliers' consent to factory audits/inspections.
2. Real Digital Smart Contracts that track delivery and payment promptness on Blockchain which rates our buyers and sellers.
3. Know-Your-Customer checks - our basic KYC weeds out shady suppliers from quality ones.
HelloMedicalPPE has gone live (www.hellomedicalppe.com) where trusted buyers and sellers can transact with ease and confidence.
