Finding an undervalued property doesn’t have to take hours.

These 3 checks can help you narrow down opportunities in under 30 seconds:

✔️ Compare the overall price in the region or district
✔️ Look at what else you can buy for the same budget

A property can look “cheap” on paper and still be a poor buy.

The layout, stack, facing, floor level, and even where the unit sits within the development can make a huge difference when it’s time to sell. The buyers 5–10 years from now won’t just be comparing PSF! They’ll be comparing which unit they’d actually want to live in.
