I recognize this feeling - it's not quite sadness or apathy, rather, it's a strange emptiness. I am aware that I am processing something I haven't fully acknowledged yet. This silence within me sometimes feels uncomfortable, yet I understand it's temporary. Rather than forcing conversation or ideas, I'm honouring this quietness. It's an opportunity to reflect, to recharge, and to listen more than I speak. In time, I know my voice will return, possibly with new insights gained from this period of introspection.

β³ Let's slow down and really be with what's here. When you slow down you can become aware of the subtle sensations and body signals, for example something that feels tight, or mushy, or fluttering. Can you turn towards it and acknowledge that part? It's as if it's saying, "I'm here, and I have something to tell you. Please listen!"
π When we bring this gentle, curious attention to our inner experience, we're not trying to change anything. We're simply saying, "Oh, hello there. I see you." And in that greeting, that acknowledgement, something often begins to shift.
πIt's like we're creating a safe space inside ourselves where all of these feelings and sensations can just be. They don't need to be fixed or pushed away. They're allowed to be exactly as they are.
