We’re currently looking for a Senior Director, Site Engagement & Feasibility to lead this effort within our Clinical Operations team.
This is a global role, working across Clinical, Therapeutic Strategy, Commercial, and Executive Leadership—connecting site strategy with study planning and ex*****on.

Novotech has appointed Dr. Anand Tharmaratnam as its new Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Tharmaratnam brings nearly 30 years of experience in the global CRO industry and commenced as Chairman and CEO on 1 January 2026. On World AIDS Day, we recognize the researchers, clinicians, trial teams, and community partners whose work has moved HIV from crisis to chronic care and opened a clearer path toward durable remission and, one day, a cure. Modern antiretroviral therapy (ART) enables long, healthy lives and U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable). Long-acting options are expanding choice, and cure research is advancing across antibodies, latency strategies, and gene-based approaches. Today, an estimated 40.8 million people live with HIV, and each breakthrough improves outcomes for millions.
