3月一趟香港之行，到访怀旧餐馆九龙饭馆Dragon's Den。

菜式以地道镬气小炒、煲仔菜、时令海鲜、明炉烧味等为主。

香煎松茸素卷、椒盐白饭鱼、怀旧花胶碗仔翅、陈皮红豆沙，从前菜到甜点，都是时间的美味。

对肉食者来说，梨木烟熏熟成鸽、乳猪、明炉烧鹅、龙井茶熏鸡，不容错过。鸽子皮香脆诱人，梨木赋予肉身一股迷人香气。招牌乳猪上桌时，在桌边片皮，切开时卡兹卡兹作响，外皮非常酥脆。龙井茶熏鸡，鸡肉鲜嫩入味，还带一抹清雅的茶韵。

豉油皇鱿鱼丝炒面，看似简单，但面条弹牙，充满海味鲜香。建议搭配香港人熟悉的百年老字号余均益辣椒酱，微辣带酸，美味更上一层楼。
