My name is Lankika, as Secretary- General it is my distinct pleasure and honor be a part of UFMUN.
It has been a delight to work with such a motivated President and Host Team members!

From today until Sunday evening we will be streaming the UFMUN conference here from Uppsala, Sweden. Together we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Channa, Julia, Mathilda and Emma who will be chairing their first ever digital MUN conference today, we appriciate all your hard work!

My name is Kasper Rose and I am the president of UFMUN 2021. The first thing I will do when the pandemic is over is to interrail through Europe and grab a beer at a nation here in Uppsala.

I am excited to meet you all over Zoom tomorrow and I know that you have varying experience of partaking in MUNs. It might be a bit scary and nervous to talk English and to talk in front of other people. I have also been nervous to talk in front of other people and my tips to overcome the nervosity is to write a speech before the conference and then hold the speech at the conference. For every time you have hold a speech will it be easier.

Uppsala Association of International Affairs is excited to present UFMUN’s first virtual session during April 2021!

In order to safeguard the wellbeing of all UFMUN participants, we decided to make the demanding, yet very exciting decision to move UFMUN entirely to a virtual format.

We are looking forward for our participants to find solutions to the world’s most pressing issues through constructive debate and an exchange of ideas during the 10th and 11th of April.
