I had the great pleasure of being part of the Helsinki Tourism and Destination Management - City of Helsinki "Helsingin tekijät" network’s event at the beautiful Restaurant Töölö Banquet Hall. An inspiring event centered around the theme Think Differently.

💡In my keynote speech followed by a short discussion I shared my insights on data-driven leadership and how it enables sustainable well-being for organizations by opening up new perspectives. It was inspiring to see in other presentations how data and evidence-based leadership are finding a central role in many organizations today.
The more challenging or unfamiliar a topic, the more important it becomes to spark new ideas and encourage organizations to look towards the future with greater innovation.
