It’s so much more! We want to highlight the value of the role as a Customer Success team member. ⭐️
During the period when we’re working together with a customer they become our partner. Every partnership is so unique and valued. Our everyday mission to succeed is (so cliché, we know but still so true) that our customer succeeds.
It is the most valuable type of relationship in a fast-paced market. The first step is to get to know our customer and hear their vision and goals. When we fully understand their needs then we can be our customer's voice (VoC).
The second step, being their voice, we have the power to actually mediate their thoughts, feature requests and general feedback on how we can provide better service, a better platform and get the best collaboration.
Everybody probably knows that for a healthy relationship to survive you need to cherish it. That’s exactly what Customer Success at LeadPilot does!

Subject line meaning and value💎
Imagine that you have planned something grand inside those doors, you yourself know what is expected inside but we who are standing outside have no idea. The subject line is the key to whether the door will open or not. Without the right key to the right door your audience will not enter and your grand event will not be experienced by us who received the invitation.
Therefore, do your research and send your email to the right person, who you believe has a genuine interest in what you’re offering or informing them about. Either be very clear and honest why you are contacting them or write something personal and arouse curiosity about the content to make them open.
Keep it short, the full subject line needs to show in our phones as well as the computer.
