What a fright! Little did we know...

Sometimes you think you're in for a calm evening... and then Vegas laughs.

Our InnSpire team, headed up by Tim Ungaro, Anne Frye and Martin Chevalley landed in the heart of Las Vegas for some inspiring partnership meetings. We began with productive sessions with our friends at (special thanks to Carlo Sidestam and Massimo Provinciali), with insightful exchanges as always.

We then had the great pleasure of discussing guest journeys, seamlessness and AI with the wonderful team at Virgin Hotels. After this, we thought we were headed for a quiet evening.

But fate thought otherwise: right through the doors of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas we stepped into the wild, vibrant, throbbing magic of Halloween in full swing!
It was a night that went from business to soiree in the blink of an eye.

Today we’re excited to announce that the iconic Park Lane Hotel New York has partnered with InnSpire to deploy a highly customized and branded mobile app designed to streamline the guest experience and maximize security and convenience.

The new app leverages and facial recognition to provide Park Lane guests with easy access to a range of digital services from booking to check-out — including mobile check-in and out, secure keyless entry to guestrooms, and the ability to place in-room dining orders via their own personal device. It’s also simple and efficient for guests to make reservations at any of the property’s on-site restaurants with just a few clicks.
