“People often think that the word ‘system’ refers to something separate from us; ‘the system is out there’. But we are talking here about human systems, and these systems are both out there and right here within us.” Over the course of three sessions, Peter Senge (MIT Sloan School of Management) shared his insights on systems thinking and learning within complex change processes
The event “Leading in Today’s Complexity” was organised in partnership with the IDG Foundation and ITAC. In this short summary video, Peter Senge, Mila A. (board member of the IDG Foundation) and Madeleine McGirk Rutherford (director of ITAC) present the key takeaways from these three special days.
