Cocktail Detour

AIX Rosé - at UTE by Mathias Dahlgren. A delightful rosé, simply made to be had outside under the sun. It’s a lively, fresh wine with red berry notes and a pleasant acidity.

This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault - and it’s from Provence - the rosé capital of France.

Trying 16 different bottles of Chablis from Brocard, in the presence of Julien Brocard himself. This lunch tasting at newly opened Slussporten was something extra!

Chablis is an almost perfect wine. It works for a cheers, it’s a beautiful wine along with many types of food, and it is a top notch choice for celebrations and anniversaries.

Here in Sweden there are several of Brocard’s Chablis available at Systembolaget. A good start is the Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy (nr. 7125). A nice dry white wine with high acidity and notes of green apples, lemon and gooseberries.
