Fun little tid bit I came across while researching probiotics and fermentation for my upcoming talk with Got Vitality. Research published in the June 2018 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology showed positive benefits in warding off both H1N1 seasonal and avian flu with Lactobacillus plantarum & Leuconostoc Mesenteroides, both commonly found in both sauerkraut and kimchi.

Had a great workout with today. It's fantastic training with someone who has such a functional awareness of the body. Excited to be finally engaging my core and pelvic floor again 3 years post pregnancy. I am also fine with the fact that my selfcare involves punching things 😁
