We are proud to announce that our very own 𝐒𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧, Senior Consultant at informiQ, and 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐫ö𝐦, Consultant at Qlue AB have been nominated for the Å𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐥𝐝𝐬𝐣ä𝐥 2023 in the category Idrottsförening with the Malmö Historiska Fäktskola (𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘮ö 𝘏𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘍𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭).

"The Fire Soul of the Year" in the Sports Association of the Year category recognizes clubs where everyone is welcome and LGBTQ issues are at the center.

"For ten years, an LGBTQ mindset has characterized the work at Malmö Historiska Fäktskola, from large projects to small everyday matters. Safety, physical, and mental health are at the center. We also work with suppliers to develop sports equipment for all body types. We work hard to counteract macho culture, among other things, by removing all prestige and thus ensuring that everyone feels welcome, regardless of orientation and gender identity," says chairman Sebastian Johansson.

The non-profit Folkspel and the Swedish Sports Confederation are awarding the Sports Association of the Year Award during the "Fire Soul of the Year" gala at the Cirkus Arena in Stockholm on May 15th, which will be broadcasted directly via Expressen.se.
