Vår praktikant Christoffer, även kallad Grums-Mums (nej, vi har ingen HR avdelning) gör sin sista vecka med oss. Christoffer är en otroligt framåtlutad och kompetent sort, vetgirig-så-in-i-tusan och snabblärd därtill. Nu blir det åter till skolan med honom och sen examensarbete. 🌋Not your Nonna’s volcanic wine. With a super clear and fun stylistic objective, our new partner Giuliani Wine together with , requested a cool but accessible aesthetic for their new lava wine series. First rollout is this funky Basilicata Rosso where we were tasked with making something “exclusive” feel tongue-in-cheek, inclusive, and “club-like”. The wine itself is characterised by altitude, attitude, and ash, grown on volcanic slopes where the soil still steams and the grapes get a little wild. What does it taste like? Like licking a hot rock after a thunderstorm (in a good way). Crazy mineral, a little smoky, kinda savage.
