I have a message for you. My goal with this video is to connect is together.

The manipulation that we are constantly exposed to in today’s society in order to increase our consumption is a modern slavery, makes us slaves to the system we live in.

Shackles that can be difficult to free themselves from. The only way to become a free and happy individual is to raise the awareness of their actions and direct their thoughts toward inner peace. Your self-esteem must come from your own soul’s strength and not from the environment. You must be able to love yourself for who you are and realize that your dignity is greater than what it might feel like.

Notice how we are influenced by advertising. The advertising is so calculated that it gets us to buy junk food for the weekend, and then after the weekend promoting slimming and lifestyle products.

You’re perhaps tired and a little hungry in front of the TV then it displays a tempting advertisement with much happiness and happy people. Who would not be happy and lucky ?!

The happiness that you see in advertising is nothing more than an illusion!

In reality, the “feeling of happiness” short-lived if it even happens ?! The risk is great that you are living unhealthy.

Some good advice I have tried with success:

Do not be influenced by various people enjoying the social media or “happy” message from advertising. You might think it’s OK, but to try a week without costs nothing.

Feel what you want, what you like and frees you from others’ opinions and expectations. Do not let other people take remote control over you and your life. The key to the shackles are already in your hands and in your thought processes. You just have to take control !!
