If you've had the chance to come by after our new bar manager and his right hand man took over the program, chances are you've been served a small glass of punch while waiting for your cocktail. Our house punch is an ever-changing concoction made up of tea, a touch of citrus, and a cordial made from all the leftovers from prep, juice pressing, etc. This pallette prepper is one of the many ways we work to create a more sustainable cocktail program here at Corner Club. We believe that sustainability is a huge factor in moving our branch and our earth towards the right direction.

For the second year in a row Swedens Best Gin and Tonic is mixed with Stockholms Bränneri Gin! This year Aron Larsson Firouzbakhshs @kobearon from @cornerclub won the professional class of the prestigious yearly contest with our Pink Gin.
We are happy and proud in congratulating him and to share the recipe with you.
Arons ”Pink on Pink” Gin & Tonic was created for Älghjärtat, the gin and beer bar of Corner Club, and can also be enjoyed there.

Pink on Pink
By Aron Larsson Firouzbakhsh
- 50ml Stockholms Bränneri Pink Gin
- 5ml Rhubarb pickle syrup*
- Schweppes Premium Mixers Tonic Pink Pepper
- Pickled rhubarb*
- Elderflower spray**
- atomizer
Dress the inside of a glass with a long piece of the pickled, shaved rhubarb. Add the ice, the pickle syrup and the Stockholms Bränneri Pink Gin. Top with Schweppes Premium Mixers Tonic Pink Pepper. Finalize with a spray of the Elderflower spray.
*Pickled rhubarb and pickle syrup
- 100ml vinegar essence (ättiksprit 12%)
- 200ml sugar
- 300ml water
- shaved rhubarb
Heat vinegar essence, water and sugar to simmer. Stir to the sugar is dissolved. Pour over the rhubarb and let it cool. **Elderflower spray
- A sprig of fresh elderflower flowers
- Vodka
Place the flowers in the vodka. Let infuse for 48 and strain.
Or: Mix equal parts of vodka and elderflower cordial
Pour into an atomizer.
