YouTuber Saadur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, was arrested at Lahore airport by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) on August 17, 2025. He was granted a two-day physical remand by a Lahore court for investigation linked to promoting online gambling and betting platforms, including Binomo and 1xBet, through his YouTube channel.

The case was registered under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, and relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code. NCCIA officials claimed to have recovered digital evidence including mobile phones and suspicious contacts connected to the alleged gambling promotion.

This legal case follows a previous incident where Ducky Bhai faced police action for performing a dangerous stunt while driving. With over 8 million YouTube subscribers and numerous videos, Ducky Bhai is one of Pakistan's most popular digital content creators. Investigations are ongoing, and the court has ordered NCCIA to submit a detailed report in subsequent hearings.

The matter highlights increasing scrutiny on online promotions of gambling in Pakistan and the legal risks influencers may face while endorsing such platforms.
