It’s been over 3 yrs since my last fundraiser. My mental health has been up and down. But I will be doing a 20k walk around London on 11th October to raise money for mental health support.
If it wasn’t for org like Campaign Against Living Miserably Mind Samaritans Rethink Mental Illness people like me who internalise their pain wouldn’t not be here. Please donate if you can.
