RESPECT SADIO MANÉ!

Sadio Mané left Bayern's camp in the US and flew over to Morocco to attend the CAF Awards gala.

Meantime, Mohamed Salah, who is also nominated for the award of CAF Player of the Year, is currently playing a friendly match in Germany with Liverpool.

One may think Mané is attending because he knows he will emerge winner, but that's not the case. We recall, while hosting the 2019 edition of the CAF Awards, Samuel Eto'o had appreciated Sadio Mané, saying, "Sadio Mané, I'll tell you one thing; you're a great champion because you know how to lose. Thank you for being present in Dakar [where you lost] last year and thank you for being present in Cairo this year."

We cannot overlook the respect Sadio Mané shows for the CAF Awards gala.
