​In NCDs 101: Lifestyle & Risk, we invite you to a bold and interactive online session. We will dive into the world of Non-Communicable Diseases, explore how our modern lifestyle acts as a primary risk factor, and discuss practical ways to protect our future selves—starting today.
​The session will be a space for open discussion, debunking myths about "lifestyle diseases," and sharing simple steps to bridge the gap between our current habits and a healthier life.

​غالباً ما نعتقد أن الأمراض المزمنة مثل السكري وضغط الدم هي أمراض "كبار السن" فقط، لكن الواقع في مجتمعاتنا بدأ يتغير. الكثير من العادات التي نمارسها يومياً في العشرينيات هي التي ترسم مستقبلنا الصحي بصمت.
​في NCDs 101: Lifestyle & Risk ندعوكم لجلسة أونلاين تفاعلية وجريئة، نغوص فيها في عالم الأمراض غير المعدية، ونكتشف كيف يمثل نمط حياتنا الحديث عامل الخطر الأول، وكيف يمكننا حماية أنفسنا "المستقبلية" ابداءً من اليوم.
​ستكون الجلسة مساحة للنقاش المفتوح، وتصحيح المفاهيم الخاطئة حول "أمراض الرفاهية"، وتبادل خطوات بسيطة لسد الفجوة بين عاداتنا الحالية وحياة أكثر صحة.
