يستكشف مقال "هل تتذكر السودان؟ نحو بناء ثقافة بصرية سودانية-أرمنية" تاريخ الجالية الأرمنية في السودان من خلال عدسة الثقافة البصرية والحنين. وبالاعتماد على مصادر متنوعة مثل أرشيفات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتاريخ الشفهي، يوثق المشروع كيفية اندماج اللاجئين الأرمن في المجتمع السوداني، ومساهماتهم البارزة في مجالات التجارة والعمارة والتصوير الفوتوغرافي. كما يسلط المقال الضوء على كيفية حفاظ هذه المجتمعات المشتتة على شظايا من "سودان الماضي"، محولين الذكريات الشخصية إلى أرشيف جماعي للهوية الهجينة

مشروع "سودان آهي"، هو مخصص للبحث في تراث الجالية الأرمنية في السودان وأرشفته. ومن خلال بناء ثقافة بصرية مستمدة من المقتنيات التجارية، والذكريات المعمارية، والتصوير الاحترافي، يهدف المشروع إلى إعادة تصور إرث هذه الجالية في سياق معاصر. كما يعد المشروع تأملاً في تاريخ السودان كحاضن تعددي لمختلف مجتمعات الشتات

"Do You Remember Sudan? Constructing Sudanese-Armenian Visual Culture" explores the history of the Sudanese-Armenian community through the lens of visual culture and nostalgia. Using sources like social media archives and oral histories, the project documents how Armenian refugees integrated into Sudanese society, contributing significantly to trade, architecture, and photography. The article highlights how these displaced communities have preserved fragments of a "Sudan that was," turning personal memories into a collective archive of hybrid identity

The Sudanahye project is dedicated to researching and archiving the heritage of the Armenian community in Sudan. By constructing a visual culture from commercial artifacts, architectural memories, and professional photography, the project aims to reimagine the community's legacy in a contemporary context. It serves as a reflection on Sudan’s history as a pluralist host for diverse diaspora communities

يتأمل مقال "الجداريات: فوضى، مقاومة، لغة مشتركة" التأثير العميق لفن الجداريات خلال ثورة ديسمبر 2018 في السودان. يتتبع المقال تاريخ فن الجداريات السوداني، بدءاً من رسومات المقابر القديمة وصولاً إلى "الغرافيتي" الحديث الذي أضحى أداة رئيسية للاحتجاج السياسي والتوثيق. كما يسلط الضوء على كيفية تحويل هذه الجداريات للمساحات العامة إلى منصات مشتركة للحوار، حافظةً للذاكرة الجمعية وموثقةً للنضال من أجل العدالة، حتى في مواجهة محاولات الطمس الممنهج

أما كاتبة المقال، وعد عبد أحمد، فهي كاتبة إبداعية وباحثة وناشطة سودانية مقيمة في أبوظبي، حيث تعمل معلمة في مجال التكنولوجيا. يتشكل عملها بعمق من خلال تجاربها في الثورة السودانية وما تلاها من نزوح، مع التركيز على توثيق الثقافة والذاكرة والهوية السودانية. وتدمج في ممارساتها متعددة التخصصات البحث الأرشيفي، والتجريب البصري، وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الإبداعية

"Murals: Chaos, Resistance, and Shared Language" reflects on the profound impact of mural art during Sudan's December 2018 revolution. The article traces the history of Sudanese muralism from ancient tomb paintings to the modern "graffiti" that became a primary tool for political dissent and documentation. It highlights how these murals transformed public spaces into shared sites of discourse, preserving collective memory and documenting the struggle for justice even in the face of systematic erasure

Waad Ahmed is a Sudanese creative writer, researcher, and activist based in Abu Dhabi, where she works as a technology educator. Her work is deeply shaped by her experiences in the Sudanese Revolution and subsequent displacement, focusing on the documentation of Sudanese culture, memory, and identity. She incorporates archival research, visual experimentation, and creative AI tools into her multi-disciplinary practice
