85 years old male came in emergency department with chest pain, arrested in EMERGENCY, ECG shows STEMI , CPR started then refectory VT VF, CPR of 45 minutes,then shifted to cath lab for primary PCI, LAD totally occluded proximal, deployed 3 DES , restores TIMI III flow , patient remain on mechanical ventilator for 3 days in ccu- now he is following in my OPD with all his daily routine life
