Kingdom Tower

Client: Kingdom Holding Company
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Scope: Kingdom Tower is one of the largest and most modern mixed-use developments in the Middle East. This iconic tower rises over 300 meters in height.
The project consists of Four Seasons Hotel, shopping mall, restaurants, offices and residential units. The gross built-up area is 300,000 m2, and the parking space is 115,000 m2 (3,000 cars).
“Kingdom Tower”, Riyadh’s newest international landmark, which stands as a towering new symbol of pride and progress for Saudi Arabia’s capital city, in the manner that Eiffel Tower symbolizes Paris and the Statue of Liberty, New York. It is one of the tallest and most modern buildings in the Middle East, Europe and Africa. The project incorporates some of the most inclusive and modern mixed-use development approaches in the Middle East, a tribute to Riyadh’s success and economic progress as it moves into the 21st Century.
