Today, 4 June 2026, Ambassador Raymond R. Balabat received Mr. Jan Evan Gaupo, the representative of the Filipino community in Saudi Arabia to the King of the World Philippines 2026 pageant which was held in the Philippines, where he was crowned King of the World Philippines Tourism 2026.

Mr. Gaupo's dedication, confidence, and commitment to representing the Filipino community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have brought pride and honor to our kababayans .

The newly crowned King of the World Tourism 2026, Jan Evan Gaupo, paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Raymond R. Balatbat l, Philippine Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary to Saudi Arabia, at the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh. Bringing immense pride and honor to the global Filipino community, Gaupo expressed his enthusiasm for utilizing his new platform to actively promote Philippine tourism.
