(৩৭৯৬) নাওয়াস ইবনে সামআন (রাঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন, ‘‘পুণ্যবত্তা হল সচ্চরিত্রতার নাম এবং পাপ হল তাই, যা তোমার অন্তরে সন্দেহ সৃষ্টি করে এবং তা লোকে জেনে ফেলুক---এ কথা তুমি অপছন্দ কর।’’ (মুসলিম ৬৬৮০-৬৬৮১)
