Allah says: { تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱلَّذِی بِیَدِهِ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرٌ (1) ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَٱلۡحَیَوٰةَ لِیَبۡلُوَكُمۡ أَیُّكُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلࣰاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِیزُ ٱلۡغَفُورُ (2) } "Blessed is He in whose hand is dominion, and He is over all things competent....
