تأسست شركة مدار للعدد والادوات المحدودة في عام 1993م ، كشركة رائدة ضمن شركة عبداللطيف ومحمد الفوزان , بغرض استيراد وبيع العدد والادوات الخاصة بالمشاريع وأدوات ومعدات مواد البناء ولديها قطاع عريض من المنتجات والاصناف ذات الجودة الفائقة تم اختيارها بعناية وبدقة متناهية من اشهر العلامات التجارية العالمية.
وخلال الفترة الماضية قدمت الشركة العديد من الاسماء والعلامات التجارية العالمية المعروفة . يتم تسويق تلك المنتجات لعملائنا بالمشاريع والتجار والمصانع واصحاب الورش وعملاء التجزئة عن طريق ما يقارب 34 فرع على مستوى المملكة بالإضافة الى فرعي ( البحرين وقطر ) والمرتبطة بخمسة مستودعات رئيسية في مدن ( الدمام – الرياض – جدة – خميس مشيط - تبوك ) يخدمها اسطول نقل عملاق بكوادر بشرية وفريق عمل مدرب بمهنية عالية لتقديم أعلى معدلات سرعة تسليم البضائع وخدمة ما بعد البيع .

Madar Hardware & Tools Co. Ltd. was established in 1993 as a leading company within Abdul Latif and Mohammed Al Fozan Company, for the purpose of importing and selling project tools and building materials tools and equipment.
It has a wide range of high-quality products and items that have been wisely and Profoundlie selected from the most famous international brands.
During the last period, the company presented many well-known international names and brands. These products are marketed to our clients in projects, traders, factories, workshop owners and retail clients through approximately 32 branches in the Kingdom in addition to two branches (Bahrain and Qatar), which are located in five main warehouses in the cities (Dammam - Riyadh - Jeddah - Khamis Mushait - Tabuk) served by a transport fleet by teams that are a professionally trained to provide the highest rates of speed delivery for goods after-sales service.

The head office of the company is in the Eastern region in Al-Khobar city.
