It takes many breakthroughs to really open the heart ,,

By opening the heart I mean letting go of fears , guilt , shame , sadness , disappointment and replace them with forgiveness, gratitude, love and compassion ..

When you start operating from the heart ( true heart opening ) not fake or temporary impulsive emotions or seeking approval kind of behavior .. then life really shift , when you become no one or anyone or everyone , the sense of knowing , the trust , faith , strong self belief , the true confidence , authenticity, true love , when you become THE VOICE and accepting the VOID , the nothing the emptiness..

Only then you are living from the heart .. and that is LIVING ♥️
