بدعمٍ من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، اكتمل مشروع بوليفارد بزنس بارك، أول مقر ترفيهي ومنتجع أعمال في المملكة، باستثمار يتجاوز مليار ريال.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ثمرة شراكة وطنية نوعية بين شركة صلة وحي للتطوير العقاري والفرنسي كابيتال، وبإدارة وتشغيل شركة حي، ليقدم نموذجاً متكاملاً يجمع بين الأعمال والضيافة والخدمات في وجهة استثنائية.
