Good morning to everyone. Help my friend .Working in Municipality getting paid R10000 per month.R 4000. House. R 3500for car R2000 for food . R1500 transport. What can he do to pay loans and furniture please help.

Please help . The guy he's getting R11000 per month R8000 take home this money for food , car , traveling to work . 4 outstanding loans 3 kids . All outstanding balance R +\_40 000
