1. Efficient Literature Discovery:
SciSpace offers advanced search capabilities that allow researchers to find relevant literature across various academic databases and journals quickly. This streamlines the process of discovering key papers, saving time and effort that would otherwise be spent manually searching through multiple sources.
2. Automated Reference Management:
The tool provides robust reference management features, enabling users to organize, store, and cite references easily. With automated citation generation and integration with reference management software like EndNote, Mendeley, and Zotero, researchers can maintain a well-organized bibliography and ensure accurate citations throughout their work.
3. Collaboration and Sharing:
SciSpace facilitates collaboration by allowing researchers to share documents, notes, and annotations with team members. This collaborative environment supports real-time feedback and discussion, making it easier for research teams to work together on literature reviews, manuscripts, and research projects.
4. Enhanced Reading and Annotation:
The tool offers advanced PDF reading and annotation features, including the ability to highlight text, add notes, and tag important sections. These features help researchers to better engage with the literature, extract key insights, and organize their thoughts effectively for later use.
5. AI-Powered Insights:
SciSpace leverages artificial intelligence to provide insights and recommendations based on the content being reviewed. This includes identifying related papers, summarizing key points, and highlighting important trends and gaps in the literature. These AI-powered features can significantly enhance the depth and quality of the literature review.

A free virtual event is scheduled for you, hosted by historian of science, Dr. Alexander Hall. The online event is due to take place at 5pm GMT on 14th January 2021.
In the event, Dr. Hall will discuss how digitized databases of historical documents can be used to generate new insights into the history of science and its changing role within society.
Drawing on examples from the archive of the British Association for the Advancement of Science (BAAS) and associated collections recently digitized as part of the Wiley Digital Archives project, Dr. Hall will introduce
examples that explore how the networks and connections revealed by the archive can shape research outputs.
The event has been designed with both librarians and faculty in mind, so please share these details with colleagues you think might be interested.
I’ve also attached some facebook and twitter post templates in case you’d like to share information about the event on social media. For this purpose, please use this link:
