World Vision Rwanda remains deeply committed to the fight against stunting and malnutrition. In line with this commitment, local leaders and key stakeholders in Gisagara District convened today for an awareness meeting on Professional Umuganda.

During the meeting, the Vice Mayor of Gisagara District in charge of Social Affairs highlighted that the district’s stunting rate currently stands at 33.2%, describing it as alarmingly high.

She reaffirmed the district’s commitment to partnering with World Vision Rwanda through the Professional Umuganda initiative to address stunting and improve the health and well-being of children and families across the district.
