B**g County District #3 Representative Marvin Cole has appealed for leniency regarding a proposed suspension, expressing that he harbors no resentment toward Speaker Koon following Tuesday’s incident in the House.

Rep. Cole acknowledged his actions and offered an apology to fellow lawmakers for occupying the Speaker’s seat before the commencement of the session and for remarks that were considered contrary to the rules and decorum of the House of Representatives.
