WHAT YOU NEED:
Figma — required (it's our main tool, and we're getting more and more interface tasks);
Motion: After Effects — highly recommended;
bonus points for knowing Rive / Lottie (animations for interfaces) and basic video editing (Premiere / CapCut — depending on the situation);
3D: Cinema 4D or Blender — almost a guaranteed pass into our team;
interest in neural networks and AI tools will be your advantage (we use them and value them);
Photoshop / Illustrator — as an additional plus (retouching, graphics, assets).

Off-topic: being reliable is a valuable quality for a beginner.
