From Design to Commissioning: A Project for a Leading Producer of Veterinary Pharmaceuticals

A prominent player in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry has set the wheels in motion to establish new production facilities dedicated to the manufacture of animal medications in both granule and powder forms.

Our company, InterPharmTechnology, took the lead as the supplier of a state-of-the-art integrated production line for the plant. We collaborated closely with the client through every phase of the project, from the initial design to the successful commissioning of the facility.

In tandem with the rollout of the new production lines, we undertook a comprehensive modernization of the existing units. This involved the complete removal of the outdated equipment, which was replaced with machines that represent a significantly advanced technological standard.

Throughout the project's ex*****on, our company met all of the client’s requirements in their entirety. Together, we established one of the first production facilities tailored for veterinary medicine and the agricultural sector that fully adheres to international GMP pharmaceutical standards. The plant adopted a modern, though still relatively uncommon in our region, technology for drug mixing utilizing BIN units.

От проектирования до пуско-наладочных работ.​ Проект для лидера в разработке и производстве ветеринарной фармацевтики

Один из лидеров в разработке и производстве ветеринарной фармацевтики принял решение о запуске новых производственных мощностей по изготовлению лекарств для животных в гранулах и порошках.

Поставщиком современной комплексной линии для завода выступила наша компания InterPharmTechnology. Мы работали с заказчиком на всех этапах создания производства, начиная от проектирования и заканчивая пуско-наладочными работами.

Наряду с вводом новых линий была проведена модернизация уже действующих агрегатов — полностью демонтировано старое оборудование и установлены машины принципиально другого технологического уровня.

При реализации проекта все задачи, поставленные заказчиком, наша компания выполнила в полном объеме. Совместно было создано одно из первых производств для ветеринарии и агросектора, которое полностью соответствовало международным требованиям фармацевтики GMP. На заводе была применена современная, но пока редко используемая в нашей стране технология смешивания лекарств в БИН установках.
